So true about thoughts, even a song, a smell etc can bring you to a remembrance. Sometimes happy, soothing and sometimes sad. Enjoyed seeing your pics again. I always loved going out there to see family, enjoy the food, mountains etc. Unfortunately as my cousins tell me this California is not the California they grew up in and loved. But happy memories none the less.
Very true! Photography is quite the powerful medium. Yes, I really enjoyed California (specifically the weather) ...not sure I would ever want to live there though.
