Dear Reader,
Today I’m kicking off a new little series called ‘The Noted Five’. These newsletters will include 5 short and sweet little nuggets of information I personally found worth noting that you just might find worth noting too or even perhaps pursue further should you so desire. Take what you like, comment if you like, and then wait for the next issue that rolls out with a new set of nuggets. Either way I’m happy your here and I hope you stop by for another visit soon.
Here are 5 things I found worth noting:
Attention fellow Matlock fans, I was just informed that a new Matlock series is scheduled to air this fall and the amazing Kathy Bates will be our leading lawyer lady. It is said that the new series is “inspired” by the original Matlock starring Andy Griffith, but is its own stand alone show. However rest assured fellow Matlock fans, they do throw in some great little snippets of contribution to the original show and formatting — grey suit, theme song tribute scene, an Angela Lansbury reference, etc. Exciting stuff! You can view the trailer here. On a side note - I just may very well be the #1 original Matlock fan...proof is in this photo of me, Halloween 2019.
My sister recently gifted me this adorable little crochet succulent and I will treasure it always! Perhaps you know someone that would benefit from a sweet little something to brighten their days.
To ensure your orchids are getting the right amount of water just place 3 ice cubes in its pot once a week. Vola, beautiful and hydrated orchids!
I ordered these pruning shears awhile back and they are taking forever to arrive. I’m excited to use them though when/if they ever get here.
Did you know that you can create mood boards and collages through Pinterest??? With cutouts, pins, background removals, personal photo options, downloads to devices, the whole 9 yards and so much more...all free of charge!!! I know!!! I did not know this until I came across this gem of an article by Holly Becker on her Decor8 Substack, thank you Holly! I immediately ditched my previous “ahem” method. Definitely checkout Holly’s article for easy and thorough instructions for Pinterest mood boarding and collaging. Happy creating!
Happy a blessed rest of your week.
Love,
