Dear Reader,
How are we? Are we hanging in there? Did we kick off the first week of April as hoped? Are we thriving, shining, and living the dream? Are we living one day at a time and sometimes worried about the future? Did we fail, make mistakes, and forget things? Are we grateful, humbled, and hopeful? Me too! ...me too.

MOOD BOARD HIGHLIGHTS
DAILY PLANNING - I took a week off from using my planner on a daily basis and unfortunately I got off course. At least that is what I’m blaming anyway. I wouldn’t say I am a true hardcore planner kinda gal, but I do notice benefits when I set a few minutes in my morning to set the tone on what I’m looking at for the day. I have been using this planner for a couple of years now and so far keeps me on track (when I use it).
MANICURE - just a simple basic manicure will do with a clear or nude polish.
MY SALLY HOLMES CLIMBING ROSE - You may remember my spring garden plans expressing a need for a trellis for my climbing Sally Holmes rose bush. Well..still need it! And it is such a shame because it really is taking off with some pretty blooms.
WISHLIST - Some items that caught my eye this week:
This long striped shirt-dress to just throw on after a pool or beach moment, a backyard moment, or any moment that calls for comfy chic.
These high-waisted pull on trousers for a relaxed and easy pant option. Because let’s be honest jeans are not all that comfortable to always be my go to.
These ballet flats in both camel and black. Although I do wonder if they will feel like wearing baskets on my feet.
READING IN THE SUNSHINE - because it’s only a matter of time before it’s too hot to sit outside in it! I’m currently reading Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart and wow, I’m fully invested. It’s a heavy and heartbreaking story, but I find myself picking it right back up any chance I get.
I’ve had Sheryl Crow’s new album “EVOLUTION” on constant replay this past week. A few favorites are Evolution, Where, and Don’t Walk Away. But honestly every single song is worth the listen. And her new song “Do It Again” wraps up todays mood board up quite nicely. Because...
“All I know is wherever I go
There I am
All I know is I'm doing
The best that I can
There's so much I don't know, so I learned to let go
Let go and let love in
Every day, I get up and I do it again...”
Thank you so much for reading. Keep going and keep evolving.
Love,
